You have completed their studies in the social and educational field as well as professional experience in adult education. Your strengths include patience and team skills, communication strength and humor – for fresh momentum in each group. You are interested in a participant-oriented consultancy and have practical experience in the placement. You have knowledge of or bring interest in mental/physical illnesses. You know the regional labour market, have a driver's license and are team-capable Good PC skills complete your profile.

Work-Life-Balance: Full time means 38.5 hours a week. We provide 30 days holiday/year for the rest. Health is a high good - so we make sure that there are no overtime.
