Branch Manager Civil Engineering and Road Construction (m/f/d)

Your mission: Building a new office. Markets open. Develop teams. As Managing Director (w/m/d), you take responsibility for the successful construction of our new office in the Stuttgart area, develop a powerful team and build sustainable customer relationships. With your network in the region, your entrepreneurial sense and experience in civil and road construction, you are actively driving business development and positioning it as a strong partner for public and private clients.

Building the office: You are developing the Stuttgart office strategically and operationally and create the conditions for sustainable growth. Develop market potential: Your existing network in the Großraum Stuttgart will help you attract new customers, projects and business opportunities. Acquiring orders: You identify and secure exciting projects in the fields of development, road construction and civil engineering. Building and developing teams: You gain qualified specialists and executives as well as professional staff and form a powerful team. Management of costing and supply processing: Together with your team, you are responsible for the economic evaluation and costing of construction projects at the Stuttgart site. Successfully implement projects: You accompany projects from procurement to successful execution and ensure the highest quality and cost-effectiveness standards. Management: You carry the responsibility for the company's earnings and develop the location successfully in the long term.

You combine technical expertise in civil and road construction with acquisition strength and the ability to inspire people for common goals. Regional network: Good market knowledge and reliable contacts with clients, engineering offices, municipalities and partner companies in the Stuttgart area. Experience in business development: You have already successfully established and developed locations, business areas or teams. Acquisition and sales competence: You recognize market opportunities, attract new customers and develop long-term business relationships. Management competence: You lead clearly, value-estimating and performance-oriented and understand how to win employees for common goals. Costing security: You have a well-founded knowledge of supply processing and the economic evaluation of underground and road construction projects.
