We are looking for you as a dedicated production manager (m/w/d). Responsibility for the entire production planning and control Leadership and development of over 100 employees Ensuring quality, dates and costs Introduction and Optimization of Processes (Lean Management, Digitization) Close cooperation with management, project management, purchasing and logistics

Completed training in the carpenter's handicraft with master/technical degree or study of wood technology or metal (with focus on production/production/internal construction) Multiannual experience in leading function in production, ideally in interior construction/storage construction Knowledge of production planning, quality management and ERP systems Management skills, organisational skills and enforcement Hands-on mentality Very good German and good English skills
