Day-to-day business during the order and delivery phase: Creating orders in SAP, tracking of shipments, processing of written and telephone customer requests, document dispatch and complaint processing Refunds: Processing of employee and specialist trade refunds, support for the “RübenMoreValueService” (including delivery note control, Excel lists and credits in SAP) Annual financial statements: Support for return processing & Seasonal settlement in the sugar beet and corn Preparation for the new sowing: Creation and maintenance of Excel worklists, review and update of SAP master data

Continuous studies in Business Administration, Agricultural Science or a comparable course of studies with an economic focus Very good knowledge in MS Office, especially Excel; SAP Basic Knowledge of Benefit Reliable, proactive and independent in the operation Solution-oriented and strong team and communication skills Very good knowledge of German in word and writing; further language skills are welcome
