To strengthen our team at the Wimsheim site, we are looking for a:

(m/w/d) or dentist (m/w/d) in technical customer service – returns and complaints Your profile:

• Complete vocational training or studies in dental and/or commercial fields
• Good computer knowledge incl. application of MS Office programs and SAP
• Self-organized work required
• English skills are desirable
• Experience in hygiene, technical understanding of advantage
• High conscience, teamability and reliability
• Compatibility with disinfectants and gloves

Your tasks:

• Telephone consultation and information on product and application questions
• Customer support and support in technical and surgical problems including coordination and development of individual solutions
• Telephone and written call processing and documentation in the respective systems
• Recording and processing of operations in SAP according to process specifications
• Support for regional distribution managers and sales managers
• Cleaning the necessary parts according to QM
• Telephone and written communication with the customer with regard to the transactions received, if necessary
• Communication with distribution on decisions outside the guidelines and subsequent documentation of decisions
• Communication to adjacent areas: sales, DEDICAM, customer service, financial accounting
• Documentation of processes in CRM
• Order registration of own customer orders as part of the consultation
• Documentation of processes and collection of data and information in the respective systems
• Functional testing of instruments
• Participation in product, workplace and work process training necessary to fulfil the task
• Participation in training and trade fairs and events
• Introduction to the department for process improvement and improvement proposals
• Examination of receipt of complaints, kulanzens and NOI implants
• Interest in regulatory requirements in dentistry
• Basic dental and dental knowledge
