Completed study of pharmacy, human medicine, natural sciences or comparable qualification - ideally suited to take over production-responsible tasks according to AMG/AMWHV Multiannual professional experience in pharmaceutical production or a GxP-regulated environment, preferably in the field of blood/plasma or biopharma production Very good knowledge of relevant legal and regulatory requirements (AMG, AMWHV, Transfusion Act, GxP, Hemotherapy Guidelines) Experience in the leadership of employees and in cooperation with interdisciplinary teams Impressed sense of quality and responsibility as well as high willingness to decide Structured, independent and solution-oriented operation with a view to process optimization Safe handling of computer-assisted documentation and quality systems as well as MS Office Very good knowledge of German in word and writing; English knowledge of advantage
