We have the following place (m/w/d) at the Office for Social Affairs, Education and Social Affairs: Education The Education Department of the City of Friedrichshafen organizes and coordinates central tasks in the field of education. It is responsible for urban schools as well as for the administration of daycare facilities and thus makes an important contribution to good educational and care services for children and young people in our city.

Educational planning: Processing of basic questions of education and training Analysis of educational policy developments, forecasts and research results Conceptual development of the educational landscape School development planning: Responsibility for school development planning Designing solutions for new developments in school policy and school law Conceptual planning and evaluation of the public school offer (new school buildings, extensions, mergers or closures) in close coordination with civil engineering, real estate and financial management School planning Kita development planning: Quantitative and qualitative analysis and planning of the need for kita places in Friedrichshafen Creation of forecasts for the corresponding age cohorts for the entire city area and the individual kita sites We reserve the right to adapt the area of responsibility.

A completed study in the field of humanities, social sciences or education (B.A. or Diploma) or comparable Comprehensive knowledge of the Baden-Württemberg school system, current educational and pedagogical issues and developments as well as professional experience in these fields of work and in the project work are desirable Professional experience in project management and the field of education planning are desirable Knowledge in statistical methods for forecasting Embossed skills in discussion management and project management Enforcement, communication and reflection capability and flexibility Safe handling of critical and conflict situations as well as strong cooperation and team skills High level of initiative, strategic thinking and resilience
