You develop the educational profile and quality standards of the Gymnasium together with the College and ensure their sustainable implementation in everyday school life You ensure the reliable preparation and execution of the central exams to the Abitur and develop teaching quality based on current educational and professional experience You take a central role in expanding our gymnasium and lead the school with educational vision and design power You carry out the German-speaking and English-speaking College of value-estimating and binding, develop employees and significantly shape selection, onboarding and long-term personnel planning You combine a high academic claim with a learning culture that promotes curiosity, self-responsibility and joy in learning You are responsible for cooperation with school bodies, supervisory authorities and non-school organisations You work closely with the management and the local management team and shape school development in a joint exchange You shape the digital future of our school and set new standards for learning, teaching and school development with AI and innovative technologies

An apprenticeship for the Gymnasium recognised in Hamburg Expertise and experience in the development of curricula and upper level organisation Multiannual educational experience as well as leadership experience in a gymnasium, ideally as a school management or deputy school management Safe knowledge of school development, quality assurance, school management processes and legal framework of the school system Very good knowledge of German and English for the leadership of a bilingual, international team Experiences with bilingual or international school concepts, ideally already professional experience abroad An esteeming, clear and team-oriented leadership style
