Leadership and motivation of the team at the Servicecenter Building Management Ensuring efficient workflows, schedule and customer satisfaction Responsibility for economic success, work protection and organisation of readiness Control of operations, maintenance and project orders and framework contracts Analysis and optimization of building-technical systems, development of technical solutions and emergency concepts Participation in new building, renovation and extension projects as well as coordination of internal and external partners

Complete study of supply/building technology or comparable qualification (master / technician HLSK) Multiannual management experience, sound knowledge in HLSK systems Experience in personnel management, project management and budget responsibility Knowledge of procurement and contract law as well as safe handling of CAFM/SAP systems Comprehensive knowledge of standards and strong communication and leadership skills
