As a Project Manager Business Excellence, you shape the strategic development, harmonisation and digitization of the business processes in the IQR segment globally. You actively drive the transformation to an agile, efficient and forward-looking organization and promote a culture of continuous improvement across the site. In exchange with adjacent areas, you integrate best practices, coordinate project progress closely with your leadership and report your results to management. Project Management: Responsibility for global projects such as digitalization and automation in line with corporate requirements; identifying and implementing optimization potentials; Harmonisation and standardisation of processes; efficient project management for successful enterprise integration according to M&A.

Stakeholder Management & Communication: Building and maintaining relationships with internal and external stakeholders; implementing communication and change management strategies for transformation projects; Presentation of results and business cases to decision-makers.

Innovation & Best Practices: introduction and scaling of best practices, lean and agile methods; Promoting knowledge sharing and networking within the organization.

Project controlling: Ensuring regular reporting, analysis and escalation of deviations, development of countermeasures.

Complete Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, Economic Engineering or in a comparable degree course

Multiannual experience in managing projects in business excellence, process improvement or comparable performance-oriented initiatives; Experience with SAP ERP transformations is beneficial

Embossed analytical, structured and result-oriented mode of operation combined with very good communication skills, especially in change management

High understanding of change processes and the ability to drive forward strategic projects sustainably

Very good knowledge of German and English in word and writing
