As a working student (w/m/d) in the field of quality management, you can support our team with diverse administrative and organizational tasks around our certifications and internal systems. You will get exciting insights into the processes of an internationally operating logistics company and can actively contribute to the further development of our quality structures.

Support in maintaining our certificates, including data collection, invoice control and distribution of certificates. Take over administrative activities in our internal tools, e.g. user installation or editing simple support cases. Care and support of our internal wiki as a central information platform. Working with exciting projects, such as the introduction of a new quality management tool. Flexible support of the team in various administrative tasks - wherever support is needed.

You are an immatricated student (w/m/d), ideally in an economic, logistic or technical degree program. A structured, careful and independent way of working distinguishes you. You enjoy administrative activities and work with digital tools. You bring a good understanding of organization and quality management - or you want to build it with us. Safe handling of MS Office; first experiences with IT systems or databases are advantageous. Good knowledge of German and English in word and writing complete your profile.
