Operations Manager Region Saxony/Thuringia North (m/f/d)

As a manager (m/w/d), you will be managing the large market as a leader with high responsibility and, together with your team, live the idea of the best customer orientation. In this role you are employed as a management in the markets of the region Saxony/Thüringen Nord. Your duties include: Staff management: You motivate your team in several departments (approximately 100 employees) in the wholesale market and support the team in personal and professional development Organization of work processes: You control the operational work processes in the individual departments in the wholesale market and develop process optimization measures Business success: Your experience and your safe handling of business performance indicators ensure the success of the market Operational partner: You act as the first/first contact person within the wholesale market and conduct the interests of customers, employees and central functions skillfully together Representation: You represent the big market. In particular, the product presentation is in your hands. You are in direct contact with our customers and actively bring your own ideas

Leadership experience: You already bring together first leadership experience, have joy in dealing with people and have a cooperative and motivating leadership style Experiences and knowledge: You have completed commercial training with further training to the trade or business specialist (m/w/d), as an alternative to completed business studies, or have several years of experience in a comparable position in the trade context (e.g. house manager (m/w/d), market manager (m/w/d), branch manager (m/w/d)) with Customer orientation: As a partner you support our customers from the gastronomy and hotel industry with passion to achieve their goals of success Expertise: We look forward to your expertise in handling food and your affinity for the topics freshness, enjoyment and cooking Communication strength: You have a sales talent and the creation of networks counts for you as a small one Entrepreneurial thinking: Your strategic vision and your sense of trends and innovation drive the success of your market forward
