Specialist (m/d) Darmstadt | Unlimited | Full time | Hybrid

You act as a contact person for complaints from private/commercial customers, municipalities and market partners of a network operator and for the telephone and written response. You will test and comment on reviews and complaints in online evaluation portals and on social media platforms (e.g. Google My Business) to actively control external perception and to receive constructive feedback. Together with the internal specialist departments, you work on solutions to coordinate a timely processing of the processes. From the feedback of our customers, you recognize optimization potential and contribute to process and quality improvements. In addition, you will set up reports and complaint reports and support in requests from the supervisory authorities.

Completed studies in marketing / communication or completed commercial training, multi-year professional experience in the customer dialogue Experience in complaint management Fun on communication, coordination and an open minded personality with heart for customer concerns Very good communication skills in word and writing as well as excellent knowledge of German, good knowledge of English (required) Ability to capture and understand complex facts Good knowledge in handling MS Office programs, online affinity
