The focus of your work is the definition, organisation and implementation of temporary, usually particularly innovative and/or risk-affected, tasks that require separate project management due to their strategic importance for the company. Here you take over the operational planning, control and implementation of projects from project initiation to successful implementation. With your basic understanding of health economics and GKV structures, you assign technical requirements and support their implementation in the project context. Future and trend topics in health care and the GKV are implemented in specific project orders, measures and work packages. You coordinate interdisciplinary project teams, control internal and external interfaces and provide a structured project sequence. Monitoring the progress of the project is your focus as well as quality assurance and risk management. The application of selected methods from the Service Design with clear customer focus (e.g. viewing and simplifying customer journeys/customer journeys) is of course for you to implement projects in a user-oriented and practical way. You have a degree in economics, health economics, health management or social sciences. Here you have gained extensive experience in the independent use of project management methods (classic, agile and hybrid). A well-founded understanding of health-economic relationships as well as the structures of statutory health insurance is obvious to you. You have a strong customer and user orientation as well as practical experience in service design approaches (e.g. working with customer travel /Customer Journeys). Very good knowledge of German on at least C1 level are of course for you and enable professional communication.
