These are your tasks Junior Program: In the multiannual funding program, you will learn to professionally support business customers, to support their company developments positively and to expand the success of MBS. Primary support: Perspectively supervise our business customers:in all financing issues, analyze their potentials and develop them comprehensively within the framework of our savings bank finance concept. Customer Acquisition: With a skillful address and persuasive power, you will continuously acquire new customers: inside and represent the MBS at trade fairs and events. Loan focus: Sukzesive build deeper knowledge about financing and negotiate terms, make credit decisions in self-competence, vote decisions for competencies:inside and develop measures to avoid credit risk. Holistic advice: As a strategy partner:in your clientele, the customer relationship and the continuous holistic development of your customers are at the heart of your work. This also includes the topics of liquidity, protection and prevention. Interfaces: You take over as primary supervisors: in perspective a separate ProfitCenter under the involvement of other specialist departments, e.g. specialist:inside and co-sponsor. We wish Educational path: A (currently) successfully completed training as a bank merchant or Banking or economic studies. Pre-experience: First experience in the advice of customers: inside the bank environment, ideally with first insights into the advice of corporate customers. Consultancy: A very strong consulting and sales orientation as well as a high degree of self-initiative and pleasure in networking. Mobility: readiness to travel within your area of use and the possibility of private car use (travel costs are refunded). Flexibility: The willingness and possibility to adapt flexibly to our customers in terms of working hours - including participation in events. Language knowledge: German at native language level (C2 level).
