Exciting tasks await you: • You conduct experiments to evaluate different machine learning approaches • You test and evaluate models for accuracy, robustness and efficiency • Develop and implement advanced machine learning and deep learning models to solve complex issues • You take the technical responsibility for planning, implementing and monitoring AI projects • You opt for existing AI models in terms of performance, scalability and accuracy • You integrate AI solutions into existing enterprise systems and ensure their sustainable scalability • You work closely with other teams (e.g. IT, Data Engineering and Product Management) • You tune requirements and support the integration of AI solutions into existing processes and systems • You support other product and development teams through mentoring and active knowledge sharing

This is how you inspire us: • You have a degree in computer science, mathematics or a comparable qualification • You have several years of professional experience in software development, especially in the field of AI, machine learning and data science • You have profound knowledge in programming languages such as Python or Java • You bring extensive experience with machine learning libraries and frameworks • You have experience in developing and optimizing complex algorithms and system architectures • You have proven experience in data analysis and preparation • You can process large amounts of data and have experience with corresponding big data technologies • You have first experience with cloud platforms, ideally Microsoft Azure • You have pronounced analytical and conceptual skills • You work independently and with high quality standards • You show a high degree of sense of responsibility and self-initiative • You have very good knowledge of German in C2 level (in terms of word and writing) because the team and internal stakeholders are working exclusively in German.
