Tasks: Creation, revision and maintenance of technical documentation on process equipment, package units and mobile units in accordance with applicable rules writing and editing technical texts (e.g. operating instructions, reports, functional descriptions, maintenance and commissioning instructions) Compilation and testing of supplier documentation according to project-specific specifications Implementation of specialist requirements from project contracts Organization of foreign language documentation Creation of operator documentation for customers Steering and maintenance of central customer documents in the document management system Development and maintenance of documentation standards in terms of structure, content and form Presentation of documentation standards in training and advice on documentation-relevant topics Regular coordination with technical disciplines, project management and technical editors of other Bilfinger companies Implementation and control of SGU Directives, qualitative and technical standards as well as company specifications Introduction, integration and practical development of AI-supported applications (e.g. Microsoft Copilot) in the engineering context Requirements: You have successfully completed a study of the technical editorial staff or a comparable technical training. You have several years of experience in the technical editorial office and the handling of technical documentation. You are highly capable of communication (both in handling suppliers and end customers as well as internally) and work independently and targeted. You have several years of experience in dealing with databases and with Microsoft Office (especially Excel) You have experience in the application of the generally accepted rules (VGB S 831; VGB S 832/ DCC, VGB B105/ PPS). You have technical and quality knowledge in plant engineering. You have good knowledge of German and English (at least C1 level). You bring the willingness for occasional missions and construction sites. You have a reliable and structured way of working, a high quality understanding and work with commitment and enforcement capability.
