Assistant to the Executive Board (m/f/d)

You are an interface between our management, department management, employees and external partners and ensure efficient cooperation. You support the management and department management independently and proactively in scheduling, coordination and monitoring. You take over the organization and preparation of internal and external meetings. You are responsible for the planning and processing of service travel (including travel cost accounting). You independently organize and prioritize Outlook mailboxes of the management and assist in maintaining tasks. You prepare technical content, create reports, presentations and decision templates. You support projects and processes, prepare analyses and searches, and provide technical assistance to different questions.

You have a (commercial) training that empowers you to perform the tasks and has relevant professional experience Ideally, you bring first experience in support of executives or project work. You enjoy organizational tasks, keep an overview and perform tasks independently. You're sure to deal with MS Office and digital tools and enjoy working in different topics. You are communicative, team-oriented and are friendly and confident to colleagues and partners.
