Werkstudent Commercial Excellence (m/f/d)

We offer insights into strategic sales, pricing and commercial excellence projects of an international chemical company. You take early responsibility for your own work packages and actively shape international projects. You work closely with experts from marketing, sales, IT and supply chain.

Project implementation: You support the preparation, moderation and follow-up of project meetings with business and IT partners. You actively participate in the implementation of our commercial excellence strategy and work closely with teams from marketing, sales, IT and supply chain. In addition, you prepare management presentations and decision documents for project and steering committee meetings and document validation workshops. Capability implementation: You support projects to further develop our pricing processes, distributor management and key account management. To do this, you analyze market, customer and sales data and guide action recommendations together with the team. Data Analysis & Process Optimization: You support the analysis and validation of data and the further development of analysis and decision models for pricing, market segmentation and sales control. In addition, you identify potential for improvement in data-driven pricing models, market and partner assessments as well as segmentation approaches. Change Management: You support successfully establishing new processes and working methods in the areas of expertise and promoting their acceptance among the teams involved. Training & Development: You support the creation of training materials and presentations and help to prepare complex content according to target groups - with a special focus on PowerPoint documents for training, new processes and capability rollouts as well as knowledge and competence building within the organization.

Education: You are currently studying Business Administration, Business Informatics, Industrial Engineering, Economics, Economics, or a related degree program. Interest and experience: You are interested in topics such as sales, pricing, business analytics, commercial excellence or strategic marketing and have ideally already gained first relevant practical experience. abilities: Communication: Very good English skills in word and writing are required. Good knowledge of German is an advantage. Working: You work structured, efficient and proactive and are able to manage multiple tasks simultaneously. You take into account dependencies on downstream process steps and stakeholders, think over and plan ahead to ensure a smooth project progress.
