You install and configure new hardware and software, manage central services such as Active Directory and Exchange and provide seamless data backup. As a central contact person in the 1st and 2nd level support, you support your colleagues in technical enquiries and carry out independent fault analyses. Detection by proactive monitoring of our systems You can cause potential disturbances before You arise and thus ensure constant high availability. You carefully maintain the system documentation and thus actively contribute to the knowledge security and the quality of our IT processes.

You have completed training in the IT field, for example as a specialist (m/w/d), or a comparable qualification. You bring professional experience as a system administrator (m/w/d) or in a similar position. You have well-founded knowledge of the administration of Windows Server, Active Directory and Windows Clients as well as experience with server virtualization and data backup. Ideally, you have already worked with Microsoft 365 or Azure AD. A high level of readiness and a structured and independent way of working are featured. For smooth communication in the team and with users, reliable knowledge of German (C1) is required.
