We connect a greener world. www.nkt.de Operational and Strategic HR Support for Sustainable Business Growth As a HR Business Partner (m/w/d), you play a central role in the strategic and operational personnel design of an internationally active company that focuses on growth, innovation and the further development of its employees. In this function, you are instrumental in developing global and local HR processes and implementing the human resources strategy. The position offers the opportunity to participate in the further development of an established production site and to help shape important topics such as recruiting, talent management, people & talent reviews and organisational development. Strategic HR Partnership for Sustainable Development In this role, you act as a savings partner (m/w/d) for the management team and are responsible for the entire employee lifecycle.

Recruiting of A–Z including job profiles, offers, screening, interviews and preboarding Coaching and consulting of leadership teams and support in strategic HR topics Implementation of People & Talent Reviews and Measures of Performance and Talent Promotion Implementation of global and local HR processes Constructive cooperation with the Works Council and cooperation with HR projects and operating agreements Advising the leadership team and employees on labour law issues, monitoring of labour law-relevant processes The position is located at the Nordenham site and includes close cooperation with the location management and the Director People & Culture of the Business Line Accessories.

In addition, you bring the ability to make changes positive and to accompany teams in their development. You have: A completed degree in Human Resources Management, Psychology, Business Administration or Law Multiannual professional experience in HR in a business partner role Recruiting Experience Knowledge of personnel development, training planning and talent management Experience in implementing global HR processes Sovereignty in cooperation with works councils Experience in the creation and negotiation of operating agreements Knowledge of coaching
