We are looking for a shift manager (m/w/d) for the DHL Freight in Worms. In this role, you are responsible for the smooth running of a shift for national and international goods traffic and control layers with different tasks. What tasks do you take You love the dynamics in the envelope camp! You organize and run commercial teams of different sizes, ensure correct loading and unloading by cooperation with industrial trucks and optimal handling of the warehouse organization. Security is important to you! You are responsible for the safety of work in the terminal and the interface control including documentation. You love technology! You monitor and control operation using a modern industrial truck with LiOn technology. You are also familiar with other technical aids in the handling plant. How to convince us Experience: You have completed industrial training and have already gained experience in logistics, preferably in handling operations. You have demonstrable experience in personnel management in the commercial environment. Knowledge:You have a driving licence for industrial trucks as well as ADR-Schein and have knowledge of hazardous goods, cargo safety and work safety. Personality: You work reliably, independently and customer-oriented. In addition, you are able to team and create your team and colleagues to motivate.
