Customer Support Manager (m/f/d)

With your support for a high customer satisfaction and a first-class customer experience. You support the planning, organization and implementation of our events. You enter our customers and participants before, during and after the events. You process customer requests by e-mail and phone and find suitable solutions for their concerns. You carefully prepare participant lists, documents, materials and organizational information. You can support the up and downgrading and support our local events. You ensure a smooth running of our events and keep an overview even in stressful situations. You document customer requests and provide relevant information reliably to the relevant contact persons.

You have a strong service idea – the satisfaction of our customers is at your top priority. You communicate friendly, open and binding and enjoy direct contact with people. You work in solution-oriented, self-responsible and keep an overview even in stressful situations. You are characterized by organizational talent, reliability and sense of responsibility. You have very good knowledge of German as well as a safe handling of e-mail, telephone and common digital applications.
