Your duties

  • Team management: You control, plan and coordinate the operations of your cleaning teams in different objects in the Duisburg area
  • Quality management: ensuring and documentation of the contractually agreed services and regular quality controls
  • Budget Responsibility: Monitoring and compliance with budget requirements and introducing entrepreneurial ideas
  • Customer support: care and development of customer relationships, e.g. by extending the scope of services
  • Process optimization: analysis and improvement of daily workflows
