Are you experienced in building cleaning and staff management? You want to take responsibility and inspire your customers? Then you are right with us!

Your duties

• Team management: You control, plan and coordinate the operations of your cleaning teams in different objects in the Duisburg area
• Quality management: ensuring and documentation of the contractually agreed services and regular quality controls
• Budget Responsibility: Monitoring and compliance with budget requirements and introducing entrepreneurial ideas
• Customer support: care and development of customer relationships, e.g. by extending the scope of services
• Process optimization: analysis and improvement of daily workflows

Your working hours

• Part-time: Monday to Friday from 07:30 to 14:00
• Full time: Monday to Friday from 07:30 to 16:00

This will inspire us

• Experience in building cleaning or facility management – ideally as a tested object manager
• Experience in leadership of teams and knowledge in deployment planning
• Basic technical and commercial understanding – PC identifiers (MS Office) and number affinity
• A customer-oriented, pragmatic and empathic mode of operation
• Car driver license is mandatory
