Head of Quality Management - Job Sharing / Teil (m/w/d)

Complete study of beverage or food technology, brewing, ecotrophology or comparable scientific discipline Multiannual leadership experience, ideally in a quality or production environment Found professional experience in quality management, including: A strong sense of quality and responsibility combined with a secure sense of product safety and process stability Analytical conceptual thinking combined with a pragmatic, solution-oriented method High self-initiative, team orientation and strong communication and enforcement capability Safe handling of MS-Office and ideally experience with QM or ERP systems

Leadership & Team Development Discipline and professional leadership as well as further development of the QM team (currently 3 employees) Ensuring motivation, performance and team collaboration

Quality management Responsibility for product quality along the entire supply chain compliance with legal requirements, specification requirements and internal quality and brand standards Building and further developing quality standards for production sites and monitoring the implementation of external partners Design, maintenance and further development of the quality management system as part of the long-term quality strategy (processes, documentation, tools) Advertising, risk and crisis management Planning and implementation of internal and external audits Communication with laboratories, authorities and institutions
