You plan and organize religious, cultural and social-political adult education events in accordance with the NRW (WbG) training law and evaluate them according to the requirements of the WbG. You accompany and advise church communities and cooperation partners in their educational opportunities. You work together with cooperation partners in the ecclesiastical and social context and maintain these cooperations. You work in the relevant bodies and committees for your work.

You have an academic degree and experience in education, like in the religious education field. You are team-ready and have experiences in collegial cooperation. You possess organizational capacity and the ability to work independently and structuredly. You are a member of the Evangelical Church and want to develop educational opportunities for adults as part of the educational mission of the Evangelical Church.
