Experiences in commerce, e.g. as a merchant in retail trade (m/w/d), trade specialist:in, business economist:in or in crafts, e.g. as landscape architect:in, garden landscape builder:in, master:in, technician:in or comparable professional experience Experience in leadership and further development of employees Team skills, communication strength and decision-making pleasure as well as desire for self-responsibility Knowledge in the evaluation of figures, e.g. by means of a commodity management system Experience in the prioritization of the daily business as well as a quick understanding Interest in the garden range
