IT Application Manager (m/f/d)

In your position as Application Manager, you can ensure the continuous and fail-safe operation of our systems. You are responsible for the inclusion, collection and further processing of requirements as part of the specialist responsibility for IT services. In addition, you run 2nd level support and coordinate 3rd level support through IT services including documentation of the processes. You communicate with the software manufacturers, contractors and our IT areas and tune the release and rollout plans. As part of application management, you are responsible for incidents/problem and change management. Finally, you opt for the existing (professional) applications and support them in various other projects

You have successfully completed your training as a specialist in application development or similar training. Ideally, you were able to gain first experience in dealing with applications. You score with your problem-solving competence as well as a high service and customer orientation. A sense of responsibility, a high degree of self-initiation as well as the ability to work independently, committed and team-orientated are all yours. First experiences in dealing with databases and SQL would be beneficial. Secure language skills in both German and English complete your profile.
