We are looking for you as a specialist managerin and business architectin for the staff units of the UMH to override technical control of change projects and representation of the commissioning departments in IT and architecture topics. As part of a small team belongs to your tasks... ... for the role of the specialist managerin: Developing joint solutions and consulting of staff units as well as switching between departments and IT in change projects Advising the management on technical and project-specific issues, as well as creating resulting, resilient decision templates including action options Generation of optimisation and digitization ideas as well as submission of the content coordinated with the client to the annual planning and/or under-year rolling planning Accompanying the departments during the complete life cycle of change projects. Recording and evaluating needs, formulation of motivation and outcomes, budgeting and coordination with clients, stakeholders and other change blocks Intensive support for clients in the cross-unit prioritization, structuring, detailing and management of change projects with the best possible transparency Cooperation in overarching and complex topics and change projects for the units of the Change Block SuUF ... for the role of the business architectin: Support in the development of business architecture related to the field processes and development of the application architecture roadmap together with the IT architects Participation in enterprise-wide architectural activities (e.g. in bodies, standards, target architectures) Exchange and synchronisation with segments and management regarding dependencies in inter-company topics
