For the location in Wiesbaden, we are looking for a bank buyer (m/w/d) for the client services sector as part of the unlimited direct switching. In this role, you will accompany corporate customers along their entire life cycle in the banking environment – structured, regulatoryly safe and with a clear look for solutions. You work at the interface between customer service, banking operations and system world and ensure that complex requirements are implemented clean, efficient and comprehensible.

Supporting corporate customers around account management, payment transactions and contract management Ensuring the implementation of regulatory requirements (Compliance & Tax) Accompanying the entire customer life cycle – from onboarding to account opening to KYC and permission management Processing incoming requests by phone and via a ticket system Support in the field of investment and ongoing account management Care and documentation of all relevant information in the CRM system (SAP) incl. structured archiving Preparation of complex facts for different target groups in clear and understandable form Control of account openings and contract and system processes incl. ERP and product changes Processing and monitoring of bank transfers in the context of the daily disposition

Completed vocational training to the bank businessman, gladly supplemented by a study of the business economy Found experience in the above-mentioned task area or in technical customer support knowledge of bank products, complemented by housing and ERP know-how Safe handling of CRM systems, ideally SAP CX Very good knowledge of German and good English in word and writing Embossed process understanding and pleasure in structured work in complex environments
