Job description

• Implementation of maintenance and maintenance work on technical equipment as Haustechniker (m/w/d)
• fault diagnosis and repair of domestic engineering systems
• Installation and commissioning of new technical devices
• Monitoring energy consumption values and implementation of energy saving measures
• Advice from tenants or owners on technical questions and disruptions at the site Schkeuditz

That's what you bring

• Complete training in the field of home technology or comparable qualification
• at least 3 years of professional experience as Haustechniker (m/w/d) in the maintenance and maintenance of building technology
• Knowledge of electrical engineering, heating and sanitary facilities
• German language in word and writing (C1)
• valid driving permit class B for the use of service vehicles in Schkeuditz
