Supervisor - Gaming / Compatibility Testing (m/f/d)

About the position As a Supervisor (m/w/d) in the area of Gaming / Compatibility Testing, you take the operational responsibility for a student test team that daily checks games for their console compatibility. You make sure that processes work, priorities are clear and the quality of the tests is correct at any time. You work directly in the area, are close to the team and close to the product. Gaming affinity is explicitly desired, as you move daily in an environment where consoles, titles and gameplay mechanisms play a central role.

Your tasks Leadership, coaching and motivation of the student test team Organisation of the daily routine and prioritization of test orders New team members and continuous support in daily business Ensuring process and quality standards in testing Monitoring progress, identifying deviations and escalation as needed Close cooperation with test coordination, quality management and development Building a clear, structured and motivating working environment Participation in process optimization and further development of processes Hands‐on support in operational testing when required

Your profile Experience in leadership or coordination of teams (e.g. students, juniors, operational teams) Joy of direct team control and work in the area Structured, solution-oriented and reliable operation Basic knowledge of quality or process management High reliability, sense of responsibility and strong communication skills Gaming Affinity and Console Knowledge (Nintendo, PlayStation, Xbox, etc.) Very good knowledge of German and English
