Main accounting: Accounting of all debitor accounts and deposit accounts Management of current accounts and preparation of monthly and annual accounts. Oversight of booking and bank balances Booking of monthly personnel and travel costs Creation of monthly sales tax forecasts and all statistics Monthly preparation of commission credits for projects Preparation of documents for auditing the financial statements or other financial audits. Monitoring customer payments and dunning: Strict monitoring of customer payments Preparation and implementation of reminders for overdue invoices Analysis of receivable situation Cash management and management of bank guarantees Monthly preparation of liquidity planning Short-term financial disposition taking into account the balance sheet Accreditation and Avalen processing and management of foreign exchange forward transactions Internal control: Assessment of financial and business processes to identify fraud risks. Implementation of internal controls, including the four-eye principle and the separation of tasks

You have a successfully completed training, with a further training in the financial sector. Including professional experience (min. 5 years), ideally in the industrial project management company. Accounting software, as well as MS-Office products don't give you any problem. Accuracy and independent work will distinguish you. Very good German knowledge (min. level C1) and good English skills are required
