We pay an over-tariff salary and, if necessary, Industry supplements, holiday and Christmas money as well as shift supplements according to the GVP tariff agreement. A completed training in a craftsman-technical profession (e.g. tiles, plant mechanics, metal builders, mechanics, etc.) First professional experience is beneficial Good knowledge of German and knowledge of technical drawings Safe working according to technical drawings, lists and assembly plans Willingness to shift work (spring/spring layer) as well as team spirit, reliability and quality awareness
