Bring your expertise to the planning of our bridges, tunnels and support walls and actively drive forward modern replacement new buildings.

Planning of new construction, extension and conservation measures for engineering works according to the performance phases 1 – 7 of the HOAI (design, approval and execution planning) Call for tenders, awards and coordination of services by contracted engineering offices and control and monitoring of dates and costs Ensuring technical and legal compliance through close cooperation and coordination with other trade unions, construction load carriers and public authorities Coordination, testing and technical coordination of pre-planning, design and execution planning for engineering projects

Graduate degree (Dipl.-Ing. [FH]/Bachelor) in the field of civil engineering (with the direction of development of construction, construction engineering, road construction) or comparable knowledge, skills and corresponding professional experience Very good knowledge of VOB, HOAI, VgV and relevant technical regulations (ZTV‐ING, RSA, ASR, RStO, ZTV‐SA, ZTV‐BEA, ZTV‐Asphalt, StVO and RAA) Skills and knowledge of German language in word and writing (at least C1 level after GER) Class B driving licence including the willingness to operate a utility vehicle and travel within the branch

That would be desirable: Insufficient professional experience in the described area of responsibility Comprehensive, practice-proven expertise and well-founded experience in the tendering and processing of replacement new construction measures and conservation measures in the construction of engineering Experience with the award of engineering services including technical and contractual processing Very good knowledge of the application of common computer applications, in particular Microsoft Office, as well as the iTWO and MaViS specialist programs

Group of charges: E12 The remuneration is carried out in accordance with the above-mentioned remuneration group.
