Responsibility for the further development and implementation of our media strategy through various channels such as digital, TV, audio Improving and expanding performance marketing channels for our national and international online shops to ensure consistent marketing strategy Planning and implementation of various A/B test scenarios for identifying optimization potentials of our Media Mix Regular analysis of our performance-relevant KPI as well as derivation and implementation of corresponding recommendations for action Acquisition of the professional leadership of the Media Management Team and promotion of the team's further development and motivation through regular feedback, coaching and individual development plans Control, briefing and coordination of external agencies and proactive networking with other external partners and internal teams in the relevant markets Ensuring compliance with budgets and quality standards

Complete studies/training in the field of marketing, media, BWL or a comparable qualification Multiannual professional experience in a comparable position on the agency or customer side, ideally with first leadership experience Enthusiasm for current developments within the digital world and interest in technical trends and developments Active hands-on mentality as well as decision and enforcement strength Impressed creativity, communication strength and empathy Experience in the development of teams as well as in the communication of knowledge and skills Structured and solution-oriented mode of operation, coupled with a high self-initiative German and English language skills in word and writing
