IT-Helpdesk & 1st Level Support: You support hard and software requests via us ticket system, phone or on-site and help in structured error analysis in Windows environments and Microsoft 365. This ensures smooth IT operation and the digital workability of our teams. Onboarding & job creation: You set up user accounts, email mailboxes and hardware and accompany new employees in the introduction to our IT infrastructure. This ensures a professional start and clear IT processes from the start. System administration support: You work with updates, patch management, software installations as well as with the maintenance of our client, server and network environment. Documentation & process support: You maintain technical documentation and support guidelines and support the further development of our IT service processes (e.g. according to ITIL).
Studies: Continuous study of computer science, business informatics, IT security or a comparable course of study. Work experience: First practical experience in IT support, helpdesk or in system administration, e.g. through internships or student work.
