Management and strategic orientation of the department with the topics Payroll, bAV, time management, travel costs, personnel administration and applicant management Development and implementation of departmental objectives in line with the personnel and business strategy Promoting innovation culture and developing modern HR tools and automated processes in the fields of time management and travel costs to increase efficiency, transparency and service quality Responsibility for the creation, testing and approval of employment and service contracts Ensuring compliance with all legal, fiscal and collective provisions and continuous adaptation to changes in legal status Responsibility for the quality, efficiency and compliance of HR topics in compliance with all data protection regulations Controlling the KPIs department and ensuring service quality in the relevant topics Proactive control of the IT service provider for payroll and HR systems Ensuring the regular implementation of occupational pensions and benefits in the payroll accounting in compliance with tax requirements Management of applicant management to ensure targeted recovery of qualified professionals Further development of a holistic staff support and support of the team in handling new processes, tools and sustainable staff retention

Complete study of economics, economics, human resources management or a comparable discipline Multiannual management experience in personnel management, in particular in the areas of Payroll, bAV, personnel administration, time management and travel costs In-depth knowledge of labour, tax and social security law and the strategic design of social benefits Experience in the implementation and control of change processes, especially in terms of digitization and automation of personal processes Knowledge in the design and implementation of time management systems and the strategic control of travel costs processes Consistent compliance and the ability to guide the department in a dynamic legal and economic landscape High decision-making competence and sense of responsibility as well as the ability to make informed decisions even under pressure Impressed leadership skills with the ability to develop and inspire interdisciplinary teams both professionally and strategically Embossed strategic and entrepreneurial thinking with the ability to identify complex challenges and develop innovative solutions Excellent communication skills and the ability to interact effectively with different stakeholders
