Total responsibility for the site (operative, administrative and commercial) First contact for the customer and key account management Responsibility for commercial management and the budget of the site Strategic customer development (e.g. asset and portfolio expansion) Implementation of operational performance and compliance with structures according to requirements Responsibility for recruiting at the respective location, and compliance with the budget Discipline leadership of your team on site

A successful conclusion in (economic)ingenieurwesen | Master | state-tested technicians in the fields of electrical engineering, sanitary heating climate, supply technology, refrigeration technology | a further education to the specialist facility management or a comparable conclusion A high customer orientation as well as a targeted and solution-oriented operation Business thinking and acting Multiannual experience in technical building management Experience in employee management Safe handling of the Microsoft Office package (Excel, PowerPoint) and Navision (requestable) Knowledge of legal guidelines (PVO, VOB etc.) Class B driving licence
