Senior Account Manager (m/w/d) for our real estate center in Konstanz OR in Überlingen/Markdorf. Please select your desired location in the application process. Markdorf is always included at the Überlingen site. What tasks do you expect: implementation of construction finance consulting in the new and the overflow in the existing business including complex construction finances Advice from private customers to provider-neutral building financing Responsibility for sales, earnings and implementation for the objectives of the Task Assessment of credit requests under risk points Assessment of property under assessment of local circumstances Establishing credit decisions and granting loans and special conditions Creation of credit and collateral contracts

What do you bring: you have a completed qualification to/from the bank business operator:in or a comparable qualification.
