Licensed psychotherapist with specialist in behavioral therapy in a private clinic (m/f/d)

You take over the individual case management and, together with the leading psychologist, the team-leading senior physicians and the planning secretariat, develop tailor-made therapy plans for our patients. You advise patients in psychiatric as well as psychosomatic issues and acute crises and carry out individual and group sessions of psychotherapeutic, with plenty of room for therapeutic depth and effectiveness. You actively contribute your expertise to department-internal meetings and visits and significantly contribute to patient-related decisions in the multi-professional team. You contribute to the further development of our therapy concept and introduce new impulses from modern therapeutic approaches to our everyday treatment. You create differentiated psychological reports and take over the implementation, evaluation and findings of test psychology diagnostics. You are responsible for the conceptual planning of the overall treatment of our patients and contribute significantly to the therapeutic quality and process control.

You are approved psychotherapist (w/m/d). You have an orientation in behavioral therapy, ideally supplemented by knowledge or certification in modern, evidence-based methods of “3rd wave”, e.g. schema therapy, CBASP or DBT. You have a high patient orientation and sensitive therapeutic feel for the needs of people with mental illnesses. You are experienced in the management of group therapies and are delighted to accompany group processes actively and structured. You embody a therapeutic attitude that imparts stability and orientation.
