For our locations in Linz am Rhein and Königswinter we are looking for a reliable, professionally experienced person, who likes to take care of and take responsibility. They ensure that our buildings and outdoor facilities are safe, functional and well-maintained – and help to ensure that educational and care work can be well done.

Your New Task

• Repair and maintenance work
• Sicproduction**Building safety and technical operational readiness**
• Regulation of external service providers and Instruction of foreign companies
• External services including Winterservice
• Support for removals and room preparations (e.g. seating)
• Depositing and disposal tasks and Deaths
• Vehicle maintenance and Coordination of workshop appointments

Your profile

• Completed handicraft training, e.g. as an electrician / plant mechanic / sanitary, heating and air conditioning technician (w/m/d) or a comparable qualification
• Manual skill
• Selfemployed and **
• Remarkable is the membership of a Christian church belonging to the working community of Christian Churches (ACK) in Germany
