You take over the overall responsibility for the area of operation at the Überlingen site, including all facilities with the main points of kitchen and gastronomic services. You lead and develop a team of about 22 employees in the fields of catering and kitchen – from personnel deployment planning to the promotion of a service and quality-oriented work structure. In addition, design the growth project ''Grow'' by developing inno­vative supply concepts, and take over the selection and control of external service providers. You ensure a quality and sustainability management including the further development of relevant standards and compliance with legal requirements (HACCP and hygiene concepts). You have a successful business study or a comparable qualification, for example as a hotel business operator (m/w/d).
