Total responsibility for costing and offer models incl. Development and continuous improvement of all offered services for in particular complex tenders, large customers and strategic deals in local and global pitches as well as support for cross- & upselling calculations in stock Definition, conception, creation and establishment of a standardized calculation approach for all services including other national companies and appropriate methods and tools Construction and further development of a highly automated costing landscape including data-based scenario and sensitivity analyses, AI-based cost models and automated volume frameworks & benchmarks Ensuring a clear winning strategy (price, scope, risk, value proposition) and an active contribution to the growth strategy of ISS Germany Close cooperation with the CCO, Sales Directors, Operations, Finance, Legal and Commercial Excellence to establish an efficient and efficient commercial team Leadership and further development of the costing team (up to 10 employees) with a view to performance and learning culture, a close interconnection with sales and operations teams, and an increase in industry and business know-how

You bring a university degree in economics or comparable qualifications with Multiannual experience in the costing of services or well-founded experiences in calculations, pricing or Commercial Excellence ideally in facility management, real estate, services or project business You bring well-founded knowledge of cost structures, performance models and margin logics, as well as experience with wholesale tenders, multi-service and FM contracts Your very good knowledge of common software systems, costing tools, BI systems and data-driven approaches, as well as your strong interest in automation, AI, data models and tools you use profitably You are at home in the international service industry (good English skills are required) Your entrepreneurial mindset and leadership, as well as your team and result orientation make you the perfect fit for this role
