As a shift manager (m/w/d), you take responsibility for the operational processes on the surface, coordinate employees and partners and drive the continuous improvement of our processes. You plan, control and monitor the operations in the handling warehouse and at the farm.

You work closely with the team leaders to ensure a smooth flow of information between the areas.

You analyze relevant key figures, identify optimization potentials and support continuous improvement projects (KVP).

You coordinate cooperation with subcontractors and ensure compliance with work safety, hazardous goods and cargo safety regulations.

You actively support day-to-day operations, including operation of industrial trucks, as well as general warehouse and handling activities.

You take over the loading and unloading of interchangeable bridges, sprinters and trucks and ensure order, cleanliness and safety in your area of responsibility.

Complete training in the field of warehouse logistics or a comparable qualification.

First professional experience in warehouse logistics or in the warehouse.

Communication strength, team capacity and enforcement capability.

Self-employed, reliable and responsible work.

Knowledge in the areas of hazardous goods, cargo protection and computer.

Ideally forklift and willingness to shiftwork.
