CISO & ISMS - Security Coordinator (m/f/d)

You design the information security strategy – You implement the strategic orientation of the Radeberger Group, anchor the ISMS in the management of the company and ensure that safety and business objectives are consistently geared. You develop and operate the ISMS according to ISO 27001 – You establish central security processes, define policies and standards and integrate the management system into existing governance, risk and compliance structures. You control risk and compliance processes – you carry out risk analyses, audits and controls, evaluate security risks and ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements (e.g. GDPR, IT-Grundschutz/BSI). You advise specialist areas and projects – You accompany transformation projects, IT architectures and business initiatives, provide security standards and ensure early consideration of information security requirements. You are responsible for incident management and business continuity – you develop crisis and response processes, perform exercises and strengthen the operational resilience of the group. You promote security awareness and coordination – You drive training and awareness measures and act as a central interface to the Oetker Group to consistently implement the security strategy.

Your education – you have completed your studies in business informatics, computer science, security technology or a comparable field of expertise. Your experience – you bring at least 10 years of professional experience in information security, ISMS, BCM and IT operations – ideally with detectable responsibility as CISO, information security officer (m/w/d) or a comparable role. Industry knowledge in the consumer goods industry or in the manufacturing industry is advantageous. Your know-how – You have profound knowledge of relevant standards (ISO 27001/27005, BSI Basic Protection, NIST, GDPR), experience in process management (e.g. BPMN), governance and compliance systems, as well as detectable expertise in project and change management. You also bring well-founded knowledge to MS Office, IT security tools (e.g. SIEM, DER, Knowbe4), modern security approaches (Zero Trust, adaptive security, OT/IT convergence) and project management and documentation suites (e.g. Jira, Confluence). Your personality – you have strong analytical and conceptual skills, work in a solution-oriented and conversion-oriented manner and convince with pronounced communication strength and lateral leadership skills, including sovereign stakeholder management. You are also ready to travel around 20% within Germany. Your sustainable action – you think in the long term and act responsibly.
