The Psychiatric Hospital, surrounded by greenery, is located on the Lindenhof in Rickling and offers for people with mental illnesses and disabilities of all forms and severity differentiated aids in the stationary, partially stationary and also outpatient treatment setting.

The hospital is divided into three clinics covering the entire spectrum of psychiatry and psychotherapy as well as wide parts of psychosomatics: 1. Clinic for General Psychiatry and Psychotherapy, 2nd Clinic for Psychiatry and Psychotherapy with Substitutive Psychology, 3rd Clinic for Acute and Gerontopsychiatry and Psychotherapy. Your job:

As a nursing specialist (m/w/d), you take care of the basic psychiatric care and treatment and accompany our patients professionally through their treatment process. In addition, you can support the station management in organizational and personnel tasks and take responsibility for the further development of your station. Your tasks include:

• They observe, maintain and support patients in crisis and stress situations and actively contribute to their stabilization and recovery.
• They plan, coordinate and evaluate nursing measures and advise patients as well as their relatives and supervisors.
• They form therapeutic offers and work confidently with all professional groups involved in the treatment process.
• They support the station management in organisational, human and conceptual tasks and contribute to the further development of the station.
• They coordinate workflows as well as service and operational planning and work on meetings, handovers and interdisciplinary coordination.
• They ensure and promote the quality of care by implementing standards, legal requirements and continuous improvement measures.
