to make processes, systems and service effective Your role In this position you are the internal driver for service and aftermarket processes. As an IT enabler, you create processes, KPIs and systems that work in everyday life and create real added value for service, partners and customers. Your tasks Analysis and further development of service and aftermarket processes with focus on efficiency, transparency and customer satisfaction Definition, introduction and further development of KPIs to control service performance derivation and implementation of concrete measures for operational excellence in service Continuous analysis of market trends, standards and competitive activities in the aftermarket Professional responsibility for requirements for ERP, CRM and service systems Close cooperation with IT in system developments, including requirement, test and error management Training and support of users in the systems used Who we are looking Technical or commercial training, ideally supplemented by technical completion or studies (e.g. industrial engineering) Multiannual experience in the service/aftermarket environment or in the process/digital support of these areas Advanced practical knowledge of ERP systems as well as CRM or service systems Impressed affinity for processes, digitization and IT systems Communication strength, ownership and joy of cooperation Experience in project or change management of advantage Important: We are a medium-sized company.
