HR Specialist - Learning & Development (g*)

Administration and continuous development of our Learning Management Systems Workday Learning and Sana Installation, maintenance and quality assurance of learning content, curriculum, learning journeys and certifications Management of user groups, permissions and roles Support in configuration and optimization of learning processes within Workday Control and support of the technical introduction of new learning opportunities Supporting internal stakeholders as well as supporting disciplines in providing digital learning content Analysis of usage data and creation of reports and evaluations Creation of documentation, instructions and training documents First and second level support for users in the learning environment

Complete studies in the field of personnel, business management, (economic)psychology, pedagogy or a comparable qualification First professional experience in HR, ideal in Learning & Development or LMS administration Experience in handling HCM systems of advantage Structured, service-oriented and independent operation Embossed organisational and communication skills Safe handling of MS Office; good knowledge of German and English
