This makes this job interesting for me: 50Hertz has been committed for a long time for the energy transition. In the Datacom team, I co-design the communications technology infrastructure that enables secure network operation – from data home networks to passive infrastructure (LWL / copper, technology cabinets, cable channels) to 48V supply systems. In this context, I have the opportunity to continuously expand my know-how in cooperation with specialists. My tasks: technical support in the planning, procurement, construction and documentation of passive data house networks and power supply; working with AutoCAD, current schedules and technical documentation systems, Cooperation with development and feasibility projects incl. definition of requirements and technical assessment; planning, standardization and further development of in-house data networks with copper and glass fiber infrastructures (LWL / copper, Rittal technology cabinets, cable channels), development and specification of technical standards, guidelines and operational concepts for the passive IT and communication infrastructure to ensure smooth planning and execution; selection, specification and lifecycle management of passive infrastructure components from Rittal VX series, FOC, Reichle & De-Massari and others, Requirements for the 48V and 230V voltage supply (e.g. Eltec, Westhaus and others), Preparation and maintenance of framework contracts and material catalogues, selection of suitable passive infrastructure components and power supplies.

completed training or studies in the field of electrical engineering, communications technology, IT infrastructure or comparable, Multiannual experience in planning, operation or expansion of in-house, cabling or IT infrastructures as well as power supplies, experience in working with passive cable infrastructure, power supply, rack planning, patch panels, knowledge of relevant standards and technical standards; independent, structured functioning and communication strength, Language knowledge: German C1 and English at least B1.
